I purchased an illuminated front emblem for my vehicle. It was on back order, so it took some time to get delivered to the dealership for installation. After the dealership called to tell me the emblem was installed, they also informed me that it was not working and they would have to order a new one. I'm not sure what happened, and they didn't know either. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the install or the emblem itself. I'm happy they were able to order a new one, but having to go through the entire process is disquieting.

They're really nice. Everything was great but if they actually check all fluids why wouldn't they fill the window washer fluid? Its empty. And the paperwork doesn't make sense. The pages contradict each other. Dumb things maybe, but irritating. Otherwise they're great!
